The rapid pyrolysis RoHS detector is carefully crafted by Tianrui Instrument and is suitable for rapid screening and detection of phthalate 4P (DIBP, DBP, BBP, DEHP) in the RoHS 2.0 directive (EU 2015/863). It is the only domestically produced rapid pyrolysis detector that meets the IEC62321 international standard. The working principle of this instrument is: after the sample to be tested is rapidly cracked into gas in a high-temperature cracking system, it is carried into a gas chromatography unit by a carrier gas, separated by a capillary chromatography column, and then subjected to high-precision qualitative and quantitative analysis by a flame ionization detector (FID).
